Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may apply for a return within 30 calendar days after you receive the package. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact. Customized, consumable, clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Steps

1. Send an email to support@outdooredges.com with your order number, photos of the item and your return request.
2. We will review your application and send you a return authorization instruction within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item back following our instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives damaged or wrong item was sent by us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method.

3. Damaged / Wrong Item

If you receive broken, defective or incorrect goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund, and we cover the related shipping cost for verified issues.

4. Refund Exclusion

We cannot accept returns for items damaged by improper use after delivery. We reserve the right to reject returned goods that do not meet our return conditions.
